Crafted using a slice of a Douglas-fir tree grown in Montana. The lake in the alpine scene is inlaid with mother-of-pearl.
The wood dials are hand selected for their beauty and unique annual tree ring history. Each wood slice contains 30 annual rings and is inlaid with mother of pearl. Hours, minutes, and seconds are juxtaposed against years. Underneath each wood dial sits a Seiko Mecha Quartz movement. The watch is enclosed by a high quality stainless steel case and a sapphire crystal. A slice of a tree is a snapshot of its life history. As such, every tree and section of Mother of Pearl shell is unique and will vary in appearance. Hand crafted in the Big Sky Country of Montana.
